These Terms govern your use of the OneKeep app, provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("OneKeep", "we"). By creating an account or using OneKeep, you agree to them.
OneKeep is an information and reminder tool for household life admin. It is not legal, financial, tax or insurance advice, and it is not a bank or payment service. You remain responsible for your own deadlines and decisions.
You must be at least [16/18] to create an account and are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. Child members may only be added by an account owner who is their parent or guardian.
An account owner can invite members and set each member's access per section. If you join a household, the owner controls its settings and may change or remove your access. Content you add is visible to members per those settings.
OneKeep offers a free tier and paid tiers (Individual, Family up to 4, Family up to 6), monthly or annual, with a 14-day free trial. Purchases are processed by the app stores, whose terms and refund policies also apply. Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your app-store settings. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region.
Don't upload content you have no right to, store another person's data without a lawful basis, attempt to break or reverse-engineer the service, use it unlawfully, or abuse AI-powered features (reasonable rate limits apply).
You keep ownership of the content you add and grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI. Document/bill extraction uses AI and may be imperfect — you confirm every result before it's saved and should verify important dates against the original.
We aim to deliver reminders reliably, but delivery depends on your device, OS, notification settings and third-party infrastructure. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee.
We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use means you accept them.
You may delete your account any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or to comply with law. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, OneKeep is provided "as is". Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss from missed deadlines, inaccurate extraction, or reminder non-delivery; our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or [£50].
