OneKeep is a household life-admin app: capture documents and their dates, track renewals and bills, and share lists, chores, calendars and contacts. It is an information and reminder tool — not legal, financial, tax or insurance advice, and not a bank or payment service. You remain responsible for your own deadlines and decisions.
You must be at least 16 to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Child members may only be added by an account owner who is their parent or legal guardian and confirms authority to do so (see Privacy Policy, Section 8).
An account owner can invite members and set each member's access per section. If you join a household, the owner controls its settings and may change or remove your access. Only add people you intend to share with, and only add others' details where you have a proper basis.
OneKeep offers a free tier and paid tiers — Individual, Family (up to 4), Family (up to 6), and Family Unlimited — monthly or annual, with a 3-day free trial and occasional introductory offers. Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play) under their terms and refund policies. Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your store settings. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled first. Family tiers allow the stated number of members; exceeding your plan requires an upgrade. Prices are shown in-app before purchase, may vary by region, and any change is prospective with notice.
Nothing here removes your statutory rights. EU/UK consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance-purchased digital services; because paid features are supplied digitally and begin immediately, by starting a paid subscription or trial you ask us to begin performance during that period, and the withdrawal right may then be limited where the law allows. Store-processed refunds are handled by Apple/Google. To exercise a statutory right directly, contact support@onekeep.app.
Don't upload content you have no right to; store another person's data without a lawful basis; break, overload, reverse-engineer or probe the service; use it unlawfully; or exceed fair, non-abusive usage of AI features (we apply reasonable rate limits).
You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service (including transient auto-fill). We do not use your content to train AI models. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including confirming extracted dates before saving.
Auto-fill uses AI and may be imperfect. You confirm every result before it's saved and should verify important dates against the original. OneKeep is not liable for a missed deadline arising from inaccurate source documents, an unconfirmed or edited entry, or a device/notification setting outside our control.
Delivery depends on your device, OS and notification permissions and on third-party push infrastructure. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee; keep your own eye on critical deadlines.
We may update, add or remove features and perform maintenance, and don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify these Terms; material changes are notified in-app or by email, and continued use means acceptance. If you don't accept a material change, you may stop using the service and cancel.
You may stop using OneKeep and delete your account any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or to comply with law. On deletion we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, OneKeep is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties not required by consumer law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss from missed deadlines, inaccurate extraction, or reminder non-delivery. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or [£50]. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law — and nothing limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales] and subject to its courts, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
