You are always in control of your data in OneKeep, and you can delete it at any time. Here's how.
Open OneKeep → More → Account & plan → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and your household's data. If you own a shared household, ownership passes to another member so their data isn't lost; an empty household is removed entirely. This cannot be undone.
The steps above work regardless of how you signed in. If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by email instead (below) — tell us which social account you used and we'll verify and remove your data.
Email privacy@onekeep.app from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify your identity and delete your personal data, confirming once complete. We aim to action requests within 30 days.
Your account, and the household data you own — tracked items and documents' extracted fields, bills, budget, lists, chores, meals, recipes, contacts, calendar events, inventory, upkeep, and any secure-vault entries. Some records may be retained only where the law requires. Document images are not stored in the first place — we read the date and discard the image.
